2. Product Nature & Authenticity Disclosure

KickSpire sells UA (Unauthorized Authentic) and replica products. To be transparent about what this means:

  • Our products are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed, or authorized by the original brand owners whose designs, silhouettes, or styling they are based on.
  • "UA" products are described by us as high-quality reproductions made to closely match the materials, construction, and finish of the original design. "Replica" refers to a product made to closely resemble an original item.
  • These are not first copies or low-grade counterfeits — we position UA/replica quality as a distinct, higher tier — but they remain unofficial, unlicensed reproductions and are sold as such, not as genuine/authentic branded merchandise from the original brand.
  • By purchasing from KickSpire, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying an unofficial/replica product, not an authentic item sourced from or authorized by the original brand.

3. Products

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement through the payment methods available at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Please note our policy accepts returns only for defective or damaged items — not for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dissatisfaction with a UA/replica product's resemblance to the original design (see Section 2 above).

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including our logo, layout, and written content owned by KickSpire — may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable local, national, or international law, or to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickSpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
